PSHE (Personal, Social, Health Education) for 12-19 year olds

Our school nurses work in partnership with young people, parents and schools to support delivery of personal, social and health education to primary and secondary school children.

In secondary schools we offer advice and support at our weekly drop in sessions  and during classroom based discussion. Topics covered include; decision making around alcohol, smoking, social media, sexual health and relationships.

This school-based programme is part of the National Curriculum.

"I feel more aware of the consequences of certain things, and more prepared as a result."
