28 November 2014. CSH Surrey's neuro-rehabilitation services, falls classes and MSK physio services are moving back to the refurbished Poplars site, opposite the New Epsom & Ewell Community Hospital (NEECH), on Monday 1st December 2014.
The Poplars will re-open to patients from Wednesday 3rd December.
This follows a planned refurbishment programme at The Poplars where roof repairs have been undertaken and new flooring and lighting have been installed, resulting in a brighter, clearer environment that will provide better experiences for patients.
The Poplar services were temporarily provided at Leatherhead Community Hospital, Bourne Hall Health Centre, Banstead Clinic and Rowan House (Epsom General Hospital site) during the refurbishment. All patients on a current course of treatment have been informed of the move back to Poplars.
