Services for Adults

We provide the community nursing and therapy services for adults in north west Surrey. 

To make a referral to north west Surrey (NWS) Adult Services, please use our Single Point of Access (SPA), which operates between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. 

Services that require referrals via the SPA pathway are:

  • Community Nursing (see separate referral emails below for weekend referrals)

  • Locality Hubs (Bedser in Woking, Ashford Hub, Walton Hub)

  • Speech and Language Therapy (SLT)
  • Tissue Viability Team
  • Wound Clinics

The following services do not take referrals via the SPA pathway:

Walk-in Centres

Walk-in Centres provide medical treatment when your condition is urgent but not an emergency, and can provide a quicker and more appropriate route to treatment than hospital Accident and Emergency departments (A&E). We are unable to treat children under the age of two years so you will need to access another appropriate service.
