We understand that ill patients and anxious relatives do not always act in a reasonable manner and we take this into consideration when dealing with your concerns and complaints.
However, threatening and aggressive behaviour (either verbal or physical) will not be tolerated. If necessary, the Police will be contacted to protect our employees.
