Zero Tolerance policy

Please Respect us. We are here to help you.

CSH Surrey supports the government’s zero tolerance campaign, which states that our employees have the right to come to work and care for you without fear of being abused or attacked in any way.

We understand that ill patients and anxious relatives do not always act in a reasonable manner and we take this into consideration when dealing with your concerns and complaints.
