Community Phlebotomy Service

The community phlebotomy service provides domiciliary phlebotomy services to those patients that are housebound and are registered with a North West Surrey GP. Referrals are accepted with completed blood forms and with an urgency request of 24 hours, one week or one month.

Please note that this service is strictly for those patients that are housebound and unable to travel to a clinical location.
